Empire Kosher Foods has introduced two Italian-style dishes: Kosher lasagna and eggplant parmigiana.
The dairy lasagna is made with mozzarella cheese, spiced tomato sauce, eggs and bread crumbs layered over
and between lasagna noodles. The eggplant parmigiana is made with eggplant, mozzarella cheese, eggs, oil
and bread crumbs. Empire suggests serving a salad and its Jewish garlic bread to make a complete meal.
