• "Fatah is an indepen-
dent national revolutionary
movement, whose aim is to
liberate Palestine com-
pletely and to liquidate the
Zionist entity politically,
economically, militarily,
culturally and ideologi-
cally.
"It also aims at establish-
ing a Palestinian demo-
cratic state on all the Pales-
tinian soil, where all citi-
zens will have equal rights
without discrimination on
the basis of race, creed, and
whose capital will be
Jerusalem."
• "The Jordanian arena
is of special importance for
the revolution and particu-
lar attention will be di-
rected to make Jordan once
again a principle base of op-
erations for the struggle
against the Zionist enemy."
• "The U.S.A. leads our
enemies and the enemies of
our nation and therefore
war must be waged against
the U.S.A.; policies and
blows must be struck
against the U.S.A. interests
in the region."
• "The encouragement
of a joint struggle with
the people of Egypt in
order to foil the Camp
David plot and restore
Egypt to the Arab camp."
"Development of the Arab
steadfastness front to
strengthen the PLO in order
to foil solutions which
would eliminate (The Pales-
tine question) and to avert
the danger of any form of
such solution being
reached. To turn back any
attempt to give any sort of
legitimacy to the Camp
David Agreements."
"The Zionist and Ameri-
can enemies must be iso-
lated in international
forums and organizations.
UN General Assembly reso-
lutions condemning
Zionism will be translated
into action. Our positions in
the UN will be safeguarded
while rejecting the Camp
David Accords."
• "As for the policies of
Western Europe, the Com-
mon Market, Japan and
Canada, efforts must be in-
creased in order to utilize
the power of progressive
forces in those countries to
reduce and eventually cut
off all aid to the Zionist
entity, and to isolate that
entity by causing those
countries to recognize the
PLO as the sole legitimate
representative of the Pales-
tinian people and to accord
maximal political and
material aid to the Palesti-
nian cause."
"Western Europe and
Canada still persist in a
policy of non-recognition
of the PLO and the Pales-
tinian national rights and
extend aid'of all kinds to
the Zionist enemy, thus
pursuing a policy which
corresponds to that of the
U.S.A. and its plots in the
region. Japan is not far
from this attitude. There-
fore all efforts must be
made to reject and foil all
initiatives that do not
correspond with our na-
tional rights."

Fatah
will
strengthen the strategic al-
liance with the socialist
countries led by the USSR
and with all liberation
movements against Ameri-
can imperialism, Zionism
and racism."
"It will also strengthen its
ties with the Islamic revolu-
tion in Iran and with the Is-
lamic, African and non-
aligned nations in order to
obtain recognition of the
PLO."
• "Prevention of all at-
tempts to resettle our Pales-
tinian people anywhere
outside our Palestinian
fatherland, prevention of all
attempts to deny the revolu-
tion complete freedom of ac-
tion among our people
wherever they may be resid-
ing, execution of armed
struggle through all Arab
lands and by enlisting the
full potential of the Arab
nation especially oil as a
weapon for the furtherance
of these aims."
