Holtzman. The major congregational arms of American Jewry have joined in declaring Sunday as "United Jerusalem Day" and the Is- rael Bonds High Holy Day Appeal theme is "Jerusalem — United Forever." Holtzman said new Bond subscriptions and cash payment for outstanding pledges "as soon as possible" would signify American Jewry's unity with Israel. He set a Detroit goal of $6 million in cash to be trans- mitted to Israel within 90 days.
