Sadie Mulias Sadie Mulias, "Mrs. M," senior partner-owner of the Mulias and Ellias depart- ment store in Trenton, died Sept. 4 at age 89. Born inLithuania, Mrs. Mulias was raised in Bad Axe and later moved to Trenton. Her late husband, Meyer, joined Meyer Ellias in forming the department store and upon his death in 1914, she became a partner in the business. She was a charter member of Soroptomists In- ternational Club of Tren- ton, Cong. Beth Isaac of Trenton and Trenton Chap- ter of the Order of the East- ern Star. Shaarey Zedek choir and the Halevey Singing Society, died Sept. 8 at age 79. Born in Russia, Mr. Siegal lived 58 years in De- troit. He was a member of the International Typeset- ters Union, Local 18. He was featured on "The Jewish Hour" radio pro- gram and appeared at Littman's Jewish Theater. He was a member of the Yiddish Folks Farein and was secretary-treasurer of the Rovner-Lachover Pro- gressive Aid Society. He re- sided at 28720 E. Larkmoor, Southfield.
