Mrs. Carmi has studied at the Musical Academy of Tel Aviv and the University of Minnesota, where she earned a BA degree. She also received a BA degree and teacher's certificate from the Midrasha. Mrs. Carmi received an MA de- gree in educational psy- chology at Wayne State University. She has taught in the Detroit area for eight years.
