In response to a proposal made by all parties represented in the City Parliament, the Frankfurt Department of Cultural Affairs is already at work on plans. A Minnesota woman is currently seeking informa- tion on the whereabouts of her older brother, Froika Shapiro, who emigrated to this country approximately 1912. Shapiro was born in Somerdek, a Soviet village in Kiev.
