Dr. and Mrs. Marvin
Eilender of West Bloomfield
announce the engagement
of their daughter, Genise, to
Nathan Kerner, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Bernard Kerner of
Oak Park.
Miss Eilender was
graduated from the Univer-
sity of Michigan with a BS
degree in biology and is a
senior. at the Wayne State
University School of
Medicine. Her fiance was
graduated from Cornell
University with a BS degree
in biology and also is a
senior at the WSU medical
school.
An October wedding is
planned.

2 cups cooked, medium grain
rice
8-oz. pkg. farmer cheese,
mashed
1 /3 cup brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 /4 tsp. salt
11/2 cups 2 percent milk
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsps. sugar
Preheat oven to 350 de-
grees. Grease a two-quart
casserole pan. Mix rice with
farmer cheese. Mix sugar with
eggs, salt, milk and orange
rind. Mix this with rice and
farmer cheese mixture. Bake
in greased pan at 350 degree's
for 45 minutes. Remove from
oven. (This part can be done
ahead of time.) Mix ricotta
cheese and sour cream.
Spread on top of rice pudding;
sprinkle cinnamon and sugar
on top. Bake 15 minutes
longer. Serve warm. Serves 6.
