Justice has filed suit in the
U.S. District Court in
Chicago to revoke the citi-
zenship of Liudas Kairys, a
native of Lithuania, who is
alleged to have concealed
his services for the Nazi SS
as a guard at Treblinka
when he applied for U.S.
citizenship in 1957.
