he was posted as press and
cultural attache at the Is-
raeli Embassy, Michale
Bar-Yehuda was made an
honorary citizen of the town
of Tournai. Bar-Yehuda, as
a member of the Jewish
Brigade during World War
II, was among the troops
which liberated Tournai• in
1945.
His successor as press at-
tache will be Yaacov Ke-
nan. Yoav Eilon, a secretary
at the Israel Embassy here,
becomes cultural attache.
