Gelatin Mold

A light summer dessert is
always a nice touch to top off
a meal in the dog days of
summer.

1 pkg. lime gelatin
11/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. cherry gelatin_
11/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 no. 303 can crushed pineap-
ple
4 ozs. whipped cream or
pareve substitute
Dissolve time and cherry
gelatin, each with 11/2 cups
boiling water. Pour into sepa-
rate square pans to mold.
When they are set, cut into
cubes. Mix lemon gelatin with
juice from crushed pineapple
and enough boiling water to
make 11/2 cups liquid. When
the lemon mixture has cooled
to a syrupy consistency, add
the crushed pineapple. Place
lemon gelatin mixture in a
large bowl. Fold whipped
cream into lemon gelatin mix-
ture. Now fold in lime and
cherry gelatin cubes. Pour into
a two-quart mold and chill.
Serves 6-8.
