Jewish Agency to 'Streamline' Project
Renewal by Combining Departments

JERUSALEM (JTA) —
The Jewish Agency Assem-
bly has decided to combine
all units of the Jewish
Agency dealing with "Proj-
ect Renewal" into a single,
full-scale department
within the agency as a
means of resolving many of
the problems which have
bedeviled the massive slum
