By NORMA BARACH

1 /2 cup diced Spanish onion
1 tsp. seasoning salt
10 ozs. frozen spinach,
thawed, and with water
squeezed out.
2 cups egg mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients
well. Place in an attractive
serving bowl. Cover with plas-
tic wrap and refrigerate over-
night.

Russian Dressing
1 hard-boiled egg, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsps. chili sauce
1 1/2 tbsps. lemon juice
dash of onion juice
Beat all ingredients together
for a few minutes.
