Let it cool in a mixing bowl. Com- bine one cup of non-dairy cream or Dream Whip and one egg white. Beat until stiff. Add pud- ding to whipped mixture and blend slowly. The var- ious flavors of mousse can be made by using diet van- illa pudding and adding a small amount of extract such as pistachio, cocoanut or strawberry. Live it up. "So you've lost five pounds and you feel like cheating.
