Great Beginnings For Gift Elegance
service for the widowed, di-
vorced and their families,
will sponsor a single parent
family weekend May 23-25
at Camp Tamarack in Or-
tonville.
Activities have been
planned for both adults and
children. Individuals may
take part in a choice of
workshops and a humanis-
tic Sabbath service. Israeli
dancing, disco, campfires
and sports events also have
been organized.School-age
children will "spend the
weekend in recreational
camp experiences and
playshops under profes-
sional supervision. A work-
shop on sexuality is being
offered for teenagers.
SPACE is a service of
the Greater Detroit Sec-
tion, National Council of
Jewish Women. In order
to offer the three-day
program as economically
as possible for those who
wish to attend, the
Greater Detroit Section is
underwriting the
weekend. However, there
is a charge.
