CAMP RUTH

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 1980

Camp Ruth was made possible by a generous gift from Ruth
and Sam Rich. Camp Ruth presents an innovative concept in
day camp facilities. The Village Cluster consists of a sheltered
area, multiple bunk units and expansive recreational grounds. It
will have a baseball diamond, soccer field and a vast play area.
The natural wooded setting of the Village Cluster nature center
is complete with a fire ring for group gatherings, sing-a-longs
and bonfires. An outdoor learning center with a stage area for
lectures, performing arts, and cultural activities has also been
provided. Camp Ruth will incorporate informal education, out-
door recreation and lots of fun
.:.an ideal facility for initiating
Judaic concepts and projects
and getting in touch with the
past. A trained staff will be on
hand to provide a personal, lov-
ing and growing environment
for children in this unique camp-.
ing experience.
