son AZA team will receive
AZA basketball medals at
the forthcoming AZA Coun-

Larry Bircoll of Goode
AZA, president of the Great
Lakes AZA Council, was
designated as an "outstand-
ing youth leader" at the re-
cent awards banquet of the
Metropolitan Detroit Youth
Foundation. Bircoll was one
of 25 youth selected from
more than 125 nominations
for recognition. The award
recognizes outstanding
leadership in both school
and community as well as
academic excellence and
self-discipline.
