of the Jewish Community
Council, announce Marian
Shifman, president, and
Alvin L. Kushner, execu-
tive director.
Dubin was a member of
the council's staff from 1964
to 1974. A former public re-
lations consultant, Dubin
recently was director of pub-
lic information for the Na-
tional Jewish Community
Relations Advisory Council
in New York.
