the name and cleaned up
the place like it used to be

The two brothers, Nick
and Andy Zangoulas, are
also not absentee owners .. .
They're working the new
Green Ten Restaurant from
6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven-
days-a-week.
Nick, a self-described ex-
pert on making eggs, does
the cooking himself in the
morning and noon . . . Andy
takes over the fire at dinner
. Behind the counter is
Nick's wife, Samira.
The two Zangoulas
brothers have a lot of ex-
perience meeting people
. . . They sold their Greek-
town Grill on St. Antoine
about a year-and-a-half
ago ... Both have owned
a grocery store, a bar and
even sold meat.
Besides the place being
cleaned up from kitchen to
dining room . . . morning,
noon and night every day of
the week . . . a lot of those
good former Dubbs waitres-
ses have been retained .. .
