the position of chairman of
the newly established
Metro Detroit State of Israel
Bonds Construction and
Real Estate Division.
Stein, a member of the
State of Israel Bonds Prime
Minister's Club, and his
wife, Ellen, recently par-
ticipated in the 1980 Inter-
national Prime Minister's
Conference, held in Paris
and Israel.
Stein is a graduate of
Wayne State University,
where he received his
bachelor's degree in eco-
nomics, and the Detroit Col-
