This figure, the most ever pledged during a UJA Stu- dent Mission, included S2 848 for Project Renewal. JTA, Inc.) Broiled chicken is easy to make and with a honey- lemon sauce has an appeal- ing flavor. Use about 3 pound broilers. 2 broilers cut into quarters 2 tbsps. lemon juice V4 tsp. black pepper V2 cup honey 1 stick unsalted margarine V. tsp. garlic powder Y4 tsp. onion powder Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with lemon juice and pepper. Mix honey with re- maining spices. Brush chic- ken on one side with spiced honey. Broil honey side up for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and brush honey on other side. Broil 15 minutes or until ten- der. There are no restrictions as to race, color, religion, sex or creed. Any veteran of the American Armed Forces, his or her son or daughter, is eligible.
