Guest speaker will be Ehud Olmert, a member of Israel's Knes- set. Goldman. Arens, a native of Lithuania, lived in the U.S. before immigrating to Is- rael in 1948. He studied aeronautical engineering at MIT and the California In- stitute of Technology and has served on the aeronaut- ical engineering faculty at the Technion in Haifa. Arens, a member of the Herut Party, has been a member of the Knesset since 1974 and currently chairs the foreign affairs and security committee.
