been named Michigan State
Co-Chairman for the 11th
United. States Maccabia
Organizing Committee.
The committee, under the
auspices of the United
States Committee Sports for
Israel, is responsible for
selecting and funding the
U.S. team to the World
Maccabia Games in Juiy
1981.
Mrs. Kronick will direct
fundraising in Michigan for
the U.S. team and will help
coordinate the scouting and
recruiting of athletes. The
U.S. Committee Sports for
Israel expects to send be-
tween 350 and 400 athletes
to the games.
