Soviet Jews and Viet-
namese emigres who have
settled in Cleveland have
been taking one-month
classes together in inten-
sive English instruction in a
program sponsored by the
Jewish Community Center
in Cleveland Heights.
Since the program began
in February, 1978, about
400 Jews and 80 Viet-
namese have taken the
one-month class at Temple
on the Heights.
