Manpower Shortage Brings Diplomats Into Citrus Groves

TEL AVIV (ZUNIS) - Is-
rael faces a loss of $25 mil-
lion because of a severe
labor shortage for picking
the winter citrus crop.

Foreign diplomatic staff,
at the suggestion of U.S.
Ambassador Samuel Lewis,
have volunteered to aid in
