Red Cross Blood Drive
Kicks Off for 1980 Needs

The American Red Cross
has scheduled a number of
bloodmobiles to be in the
local area during January.
Appointments to donate
blood can be made at the
regional blood donor center.
People between the ages
of 17 (with parental permis-
sion) and 66 and in general
good health are eligible to
donate.
Donations are accepted at
the Oak Park Donor Center,
25900 Greenfield, Oak
Park, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mon-
day and Friday, 2-8 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday and 9
a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. For
an appointment, call the

The Oakland County
Child Advocacy and,Family
Service Project will host six
programs on divorce begin-
ning 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in
the First United Methodist
Church of Birmingham,

Psychiatrist Dr. Peter
Martin will speak Tuesday
on "Why Marriages Fail."

JERUSALEM — Israel
and Egypt will begin ex-
changing newspapers
within several weeks under
a trade agreement worked
out by the respective foreign
ministries. r
Newspapers and maga-
zines will be transported on
a daily basis across the
Sinai. All major Egyptian
cities will receive Israeli
periodicals in English, He-
brew and Arabic and Egyp-
tian periodicals will be
available in Israel, the West
Bank and Gaza. -
