Cantor Nadvan of Windsor, 66 Cantor Saul Nadvan, who served as cantor for Cong. Shaar Hashomayim in Windsor for the past 29 years, died Nov. 3 at age 66. Born in Kovno, Lithuania, Cantor Nadvan studied music in Italy and Paris after being liberated from the concentration camps. He was the cantor for Allied Forces in France and served Temple Victoi re in Paris prior to coming to Shaare Hashomayim. He is survived by his wife.
