honeymoon, the couple is

Bazaar Slated
Circle
Workmen's
Schools will hold their an-
nual holiday bazaar noon-6
p.m. Sunday at the Work-
men's Circle Center, 26341
Coolidge, Oak Park.
The bazaar is the annual
fund-raising project to bene-
fit Workmen's Circle
Schools. There will be sales
of handicrafts, plants, toys,
books, jewelry as well as a
bake sale, white elephant
sale and prizes. The
Entertainment '80 books
also will be on sale. Lunch
will be served from noon to 2
p.m. and dinner from 4 to 6
p.m. There is a nominal
charge.

Survivors' Kin
An organization of chil-
dren of Holocaust survivors
is being formed in conjunc-
tion with the Holocaust
Memorial Center.
The organization will
focus on the impact of the
Holocaust on the lives of
children of survivors
through discussion groups,
self-awareness groups and
educational programs. It
also will serve to educate
the community.
The first meeting will be
held 10:30 a.m. Dec. 9 at the
Jewish Community Cen-
ter's 10 Mile,branch.

Greys Dedicate Forest
in Israel Aided by JNF
A forest of 10,000 trees in
Lahav, Israel, was dedi-
cated recently in honor of
50th wedding anniversary
of Irene J. and Oscar F.
Grey, formerly of South-
field, and currently resi-
dents of Miami Beach, Fla.
The forest was commis-
sioned by their son,
Michael, daughter-in-law
Cindy, and grandchildren of
West Bloomfield and
planted under the auspices
of the Jewish National
Fund.
Born in Grand Rapids,
Grey started the Oscar F.
Grey and Associates man-
ufacturers' representative
agency 24 years ago. Today,
the firm is headed by son,
Michael.
In Detroit, the Greys
were members of Temple
Beth El and the
Knollwood Country
Club. Mrs. Grey was
president of the local
chapter of CARIH and
was a longtime guild
member and volunteer at
Sinai Hospital.
The senior Greys
have a daughter, Joan Sol-
ferin.
