the Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion for ourstanding leader-
ship.
Robert Citrin, Judy
Frankel and Jonathan M.
Jaffa received engraved
plaques at a meeting of the
Federation Board of Gover-
nors on Wednesday.

Citrin, who received the
Frank A. Wetsman Memo-
rial Leadership Award, is a
member of the boards of
Jewish Vocational Service
and Jewish Community
Center. He has held various
offices in the Allied Jewish
Campaign's Real Estate
and Industrial and Automo-
tive divisions.
He has been a member
of the United Jewish Ap-
peal Young Leadership
Cabinet, and is also
active with the Anti-
Defamation League of
Bnai Brith, Jewish Par-
ents Institute, Founders
Society of Detroit Insti-
tute of Arts, Detroit
Board of Realtors and the
Wayne State University
