Jewish National Fund Official to Address Women's Meeting

ics and international rela-
tions from the University of
Pennsylvania and holds a
master's degree from the
Fletcher School of Law and
Diplomacy in Boston, Mass.
He has been a head coun-
selor and director of educa-
tional programs at Camp
Tamarack.
Neuman will speak at
the kick-off meeting for
the jubilee donor cam-
paign, which will culmi-
nate in a special program
Jan. 8, according to Reba
Bloom, president; Shirley
Kraft, fund-raising
chairman; and Betty Sil-
verman, co-chairman.
Mrs. Joseph Markel is
vice president of program
and Mrs. Irving Paiman is
chairman of the day.

about the organized Jewish

Jewish Welfare Federation
Junior Division involve-
ment seminar 7:30 p.m.
Monday in the
Whethersfield Apts. club
house, Birmingham. There
is no charge.
Members of Junior Di-
vision will be on hand to dis-
cuss the work of the division
and of the Jewish Welfare
Federation and to answer
questions. Norman Ash and
Shelley Navarre are semi-
nar chairmen.

president of Junior Di-
vision, the Jewish Welfare
Federation's year-round
organization of young
adults, married and single,
from post-college age
through their mid-30s,
which combines fund-
faising for the Allied Jewish
Campaign with a variety of
social, service and educa-
tional programs.

rael at the Hebrew Univer-
sity. From 1966 to 1971, he
served in the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. From 1971
to 1977, he was the first sec-
retary at the Israeli Em-

served as deputy director of
the Mideast Department in.
