The pair were among a dozen Kiev refusniks ar- rested and sentenced to 15 days on Oct. 12 when they refused to leave the recep- tion room of the Ukrainian Communist Party Central Committee where they were staging a sit-in for exit visas. The two groups also re- ported that Jewish and non-Jewish children be- tween the ages of 7 and 15 and most university stu- dents will be banished from Moscow next July and August during the 1980 Olympic Games.
