Award-Winning
Filmstrips

NEW YORK — The
Board of Jewish Education
of Greater New York is at-
tempting to meet the need
for Hebrew language audio
visual materials, by issuing
Hebrew language editions
of its two award-winning
filmstrips, "My Israel," and
"DaNiid's City."
"My Israel," winner of the
First-place Gold Camera
award at the U.S. Industrial
Film Festival, is a full-color
sound filmstrip portraying
one teen-ager's personal
look at Israel.
The BJE filmstrip on
Jerusalem, "David's City,"
received the first-place Gold
Award at the American
Festival of the Association
of Media Education in Reli-
gion. This full-color sound
production communicates
the physical and aesthetic
beauty of Jerusalem, ex-
, plaining the depths of her
unique and eternal rela-
tionship with the Jewish
people.
