Sinai. Hassan Kamal, Sadat's bureau chief, said last Thursday that the Egyptian leader planned no pageant or other spectacular at Santa Katerina to mark the second anniversary of his first visit to Israel. No heads of state nor other foreign dignitaries had been in- vited, Kamal said. He added, however, that the plans could change. The three-faith house of worship in Sinai is a project announced by Sadat some time ago. Plans for the structure call for a single entrance hall that will give access to three separate wings, each of which will contain its own shrine.
