PARIS (JTA) — Former
U.S. Secretary of State
Henry Kissinger last week
ruled out the Palestine Lib-
eration Organization as an
essential factor in the Mid-
dle East peace process.
Kissinger, who was ad-
dressing a press conference
in preparation for the publi-
cation of his "Memoirs: The
White House Years" in
French, said, "I frankly do
not believe that the PLO is
the key to a solution in the
Middle East." He refused to
say who is entitled to speak
_on behalf of the Palesti-
nians.
Meanwhile, former Prime
Minister James Callaghan
of Britain said in Jerusalem
that "there is no room for
negotiations" with the
Palestine Liberation
Organization unless it
changed its attitude toward

graduated from the Univer-
sity of Detroit with a BS de-
gree in dental hygiene. Her
fiance attended Michigan
State University, where he
received a degree in ac-
counting, and is a candidate
for a master's of taxation
degree 'at Walsh College.
A spring wedding is
planned.
