sponsor the appearance
of Rabbi Marvin To-
kayer, author of "The
Fugu Plan." The topic of
his talk will be "The
Japanese and the Jews."
Rabbi Tokayer served for
eight years as rabbi for the
Jewish community of Japan
(1968-1976).
- His new book, "The Fugu
Plan," is about a top secret
Japanese plan to save the
Jews of Europe.

ation of Hitler's death
camps, and ending one year
later in May 1946 with the
descent of the Iron Curtain
over Eastern Europe, "The

Center Cultural Arts De-

series of events as a "Pre-
lude to Book Fair."
On Tuesday, a 12:30 p.m.
luncheon will be held in the
