Dr. Teitelbaum, an ad- junct assistant professor of medicine at WSU until 1975, died Feb. 21, 1977, fol- lowing a long and distin- guished career as a physi- cian and teacher. A 1934 University of Michigan medical school graduate, he taught at U-M for two years before opening a private practice in Detroit.
