David Holtzman Named to Lead
Greater Detroit Israel Bonds

David B. Holtzman has
.been named general chair-
man of Greater Metropoli-
tan Detroit State of Israel
Bonds.
Holtzman will be in-
ducted at an inaugural
luncheon noon Nov. 11 at
the Michigan Inn. He suc-
ceeds David B. Hermelin,
who held the post for two
years.
Holtzman is a founding
and continuing member of
the Prime Minister's Club of
State of Israel Bonds and
served as its president.
He has served as
chairman of the Metro
Detroit Israel Bond
Executive Committee
and is a regular partici-
pant in annual interna-
tional Prime Minister's
Conferences held in Is-
rael and Israel Bond Na-
tional Leadership Con-
ferences.
Holtzman was chairman
of the 1979 Jewish National

behalf of the Shaare Zedek
Hospital in Jerusalem,
Bar-Ilan University,
American Society for
Technion and the Weiz-
mann Institute. Holtzman
is also affiliated with the
