Mr. and Mrs. Julian
Wagner of Southfield an-
nounce the engagement of
their daughter, Judith Gita,
to Dr. Steven M. Rapp, son
of Dr. and Mrs. Seymour L.
Rapp of Bloomfield Hills.
Miss Wagner was
graduated from the Univer-
sity of Michigan with a BS
degree in biology. She is a
senior at Wayne State Uni-
versity's medical school.
Her fiance earned his
undergraduate degree at
WSU, and an MD degree at
its medical school. Dr. Rapp
is a neurosurgical resident
at Harper and Detroit Gen-
eral Hospitals.
A November wedding is
planned.
