She took the responsi- bility for setting up the Israel exhibit in the Hall of Nations at the Detroit International Institute. At the Jewish Commu- nity Center, Mrs. Schiller inaugurated and co- chaired the program planners institute and served on the steering committee of the Center Symphony Orchestra. The wife of the late Carl Schiller, Mrs. Schiller has two children, Donald and Mrs. Henry (Eileen) Berris, who will tender gatherings in her honor, and 11 grandchildren. After a separation of 63 years, David Ernst of Herzliya, Israel, has been reunited with his cousins, Mrs. Milton (Evelyn) Weiss of Southfield and Mrs. Abe (Edna) Nemeth of Detroit. Ernst, who with his wife, Miriam, was hon- ored at a family gathering, will be guests of Mr. and Mrs. Weiss until October. The cousins were separated by the circumstances of war.
