Robert Syme of Temple Israel will deliver the invocation and the tem- ple's Cantor Harold Orbach will perform a musical trib- ute. Tribute to the honoree will also be paid by Myron Steinberg, immediate past dinner chairman and Dr. Harold Maxmen, co- chairman, who will present MDA's Distinguished Humanitarian Service Award to Dr. Fram. MDA's 'Babies' to Meet Navon JERUSALEM — Some 50 representatives of Magen David Adorn's "ambulance babies" will meet President Yitzhak Navon to mark the opening of Israel's national MDA lottery. One MDA driver esti- mates that 600 babies have been born in his ambulance over the past 30 years, in- cluding a boy and a girl born two years apart who grew up to marry each other.
