Big submarine sandwiches were "professionally" cut with "professional" standby . . . Manny Kamen, who had his own deli in Wichita, Kan. (Jewish population 100), did the cutting . . . If needed, former deli owner Leo Kaplan would have helped out . . . but Manny did a very capable job. Shindig was on the large outdoor patio with the theme sound of "Rocky" giv- ing forth and a cake with squared ring and three fighter doll characters.
