Schools Taking
Fall Registration

Circle
Workmen's
Schools are accepting appli-
cations for its nursery and
Sunday school to be held at
its center at 26341 Coolidge,
Oak Park. Workmen's Cir-
cle Schools have been pro-
viding a secular Jewish
education in the Metropoli-
tan Detroit area for more
than 60 years.
The students are taught
Yiddish, Hebrew, Jewish
history and tradition as well

Couple Marks
60th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Barney
(Gussie) Levine will be ten-
dered a party by their chil-
dren Sunday on the occasion
of their 60th wedding an-
niversary.

The couple were married
Aug. 17, 1919, in Detroit
and lived in the area all of
their lives. The couple have
two children, Mrs. Sidney

Holocaust Drama
to Be Repeated

NBC TV will repeat its
mini series, "Holocaust,"
Sept. 10-13 on Channel 4.
The programs will be
aired 8 p.m. Sept. 10, 9 p.m.
Sept. 11 and 12 and 8 p.m.
Sept. 13.

In cooperation with
Channel 4, the Jewish
Community Council is mak-
ing an eight-page study
guide available to Jewish
religious schools and con-
gregations. The study guide
includes suggestions for
study group topics, a read-
ing list and background in-
formation on the program.

able.
