'til 5 Mon.-Fri. 9:30-6 Closed Wednesday The Bnai Brith Hillel Foundation at the Univer- sity of Michigan announces that Laurie Rutenberg, a fifth-year rabbinic student at the Hebrew Union Col- lege, will be its co-ordinator of special projects during the coming academic year. Ms. Rutenberg attended Emory University, where she was a co-founder and vice president of Emory's first Hillel Foundation. She received her BA degree from Brown University, SHABOT SHALOM FROM GREAT SCOTT where she was a religious studies major and helped found and coordinate the women's minyan. At the Hebrew Union Col- lege, she was president of the Rabbinic Student Asso- ciation, won prizes for work in commentaries and human relations, and served various student pul- pits. She has spoken widely on topics relating to women, Judaism and the rabbinate.
