The gift was presented by Mrs. Shirley Kraft to per- petuate the memory of her husband, Jule, who died 13 years ago this month. In turn, a special designation has been made at the hospi- tal's social services depart- ment in the Fisher Wing to acknowledge the contribu- tion. They are attached to local bureaus of Jewish educa- tion, Jewish community centers and Jewish institu- tions of higher learning. Jewish media centers provide consultation and in- formation on the use of films, videotapes and other audio-visual media. Some media centers maintain film and videotape libraries and conduct workshops on the use of these materials. Others actually produce videotapes, filmstrips, and the like. Michael A. The Senators talk about anti-Semitism in politics, the Jewish sense of justice and their role on Capitol Hill concerning the Middle East. The Senators are: Rudy Boschwitz of Wisconsin, Jacob Javits of New York, Carl Levin of Michigan, Howard Metzenbaum of Ohio, Abraham Ribicoff of Connecticut, Richard Stone of Florida and Edward Zorinsky of Nebraska Registration for the 1979-1980 special educa tion classes for exceptional children is now being ac- cepted at Temple Beth El. Children may start at age eight. Classes meet on Saturday mornings at the temple and are open to all Jewish children in the community, no matter what their synagogue affiliation. The morning is divided into a wide range of activi- ties in classes of no more than eight children. Bible, holiday stories, creative dramatics, arts and crafts, Jewish music and dance, Shabat worship and He- brew are all part of the pro- gram.
