Meyer Eisenberg of Young Israel

Meyer Eisenberg, a buil- member of the board of di-
der and re-modeler for 30 rectors of Young Israel of
years who was active in the Oak-Woods. He was a
Young Israel movement, member of the board of
Young Israel,pf Greenfield,
died July 28 at age 63.
Mr. Eisenberg was a a member of Mizrachi and
founder of Young Israel of Bnai Brith's Pisgah Lodge.
Mr. Eisenberg resided at
Greenfield. He was a past
president of Young Israel of 25621 Colleen, Oak -Park.
He is survived by his wife,
Detroit and was awarded
Young Israel's national Bess; three sons, Sanford S.,
Barry J. and Dennis M.;
Shofar Award.
He was for 21 years on the two brothers, Jack of Los
advisory council of Yeshivat Angeles and Harry; two sis-
Akiva and was an honorary ters, Mrs. Jack (Tybie)
Levine of Los Angeles and
Mrs. Gussie Zuckerstein;
and five grandchildren.

Muskegon, died July 26 at
age 87. -
Mr. Kaufman, a former
Detroiter, lived 50 years in
Muskegon. He was born in
Poland.

He was co-founder, past-
president and chairman of
the board of American Store
Equipment. He was an hon-
orary trustee of Muskegon's
Temple Bnai Israel; an hon-
orary trustee and past
chairman of the United
Jewish Charities of Muske-
gon; and a member of the
Standard City Club of De-
troit.

He leaves his wife, Lil-
lian; two sons, Richard of
North Muskegon and Gor-
don of West Newton, Mass.;
two brothers, Louis and Ira,
both of Southfield; and six
grandchildren. Interment
Muskegon.

74, died July 27. She leaves
a daughter, Mrs. Mark
(Caroline) Seller; two
brothers, James and Nate
Coleman; three sisters, Mrs.
