Widowed, Divorced Focus
of SPACE Rap Sessions

SPACE, a service of the
National Council of Jewish
Women for divorced and
widowed persons and their
families, will conduct two
programs of interest to
those persons this week.
At 8 p.m. Wednesday, the
regular drop-in discussion
group for widowed, divorced
and separated persons will
take place in the NCJW
offices, 16400 W. 12 Mile,
Southfield.
At 8 p.m. Thdrsday,
SPACE will present a pro-
gram entitled, "How to
Stretch Your Shrinking
Dollar," in the NCJW
offices.

Mogen David
Unveils New
Wine Decanter

CHICAGO — Mogen
David Wine Corp. has in-
troduced its 1979 Limited
Edition Collectors' De-
canter, the fifth in the
series.
The new glass decanter,
an original design by Mogen
David in conjunction with
its bottle supplier, Owens-
Illinois, continues the tradi-
tion established five years
ago of a strictly limited
production, making it an
item of interest for both
glass collectors and gift-
givers. The mold is de-
stroyed after the production
run, a practice adopted- for
the past four years.
The 1979 Limited Edition
Decanter is available in
'either Deluxe Concord
Wine, Deluxe Rose Wine or
the new Deluxe Golden
Concord Wine. All types are
kosher for Passover and
produced under strict rab-
binical supervision. _Each
decanter is packed in a gift
box specially designed to
hold the bottle securely.

Riverfront West
Receives Funding

The $58.5 million river-
front apartment and con-
dominium development
proposed by Max Fisher and
A. Alfred Taubman four
years ago has received a $14
million federal grant.
The development, River-
front West, to include 720
apartments in two high-rise
towers, 150 condominiums
in seven-story units and a
1,300-space parking deck is
scheduled to start construc-
tion in 1980. It will be built
along the Detroit River be-
tween the new Joe Louis
Arena and Eighth St.
