Businessmen Complain to Carter
About U.S. Anti-Boycott Legislation

WASHINGTON (JTA) —
Some American
businessmen have com-
plained to the Carter Ad-
ministration that they are
losing a competitive edge in
the Middle East because of
the U.S. anti-Arab _ boycott

but the State Department is
not considering any recom-
mendation to alter the laws.
Reacting to a published
report here of the com-
plaints, the department
said that they are not of suf-
ficient importance for it to
consider law changes.
_ The anti-boycott legisla-
tion was adopted to block
discrimination by Arabs
against Americans on
grounds of race or religion.

Moss Chairs Fund Raising
for New MSU Hillel Facility

Sol Moss was named
chairman of the fund rais-
ing committee of the newly
acquired Michigan State
University Hillel Founda-
tion Building, announced
Milton M. Weinstein, and
Nathan D. Rubenstein,
commissioners of the Bnai
Brith Hillel Foundation.
