Security Council Concludes Debate on Palestinians UNITED NATIONS (JTA) - The Security Council, which met to dis- cuss a report by the Com- mittee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, ad- journed without concluding' the meeting and without setting a date for the re- sumption of the debate. The Council President, Oleg Troyanovsky of the Soviet Union, said members would be informed of the date for a meeting to resume consideration of the matter.
