Howard is designing a house in Hilo . . . However, Linda prefers to stay home with their three daughters, Sheri, 10 1/2; Tammy, 5; and Wendi, 7, whose June 3 birthday was same date as dad's. Howard designs homes, auto dealerships, stores, etc. . . . traveling all over the country . . . and is not only among the tops in his pro- fession . . . but also a highly accomplished garage door repairer . . . which he does on the side. ONE DOWN, two to go, as they vote in the State Se- nate . . . and the same with House Majority leader, Rep. Joe Forbes, as daughter Nikki and Dr. Mark Segall make him and Rena grandparents for the second time (first was a daughter to Rita and Howard Golding) . . . Nikki and Mark's son is named Jeremy . . . and get this for a middle name — Forbes . . . End of August will be Rita again . . . and Esty Lohnberg (Michael). AJC Appointment Pilots, Planes Needed for July Dystrophy Event The sixth-annual "Fly High For Dystrophy" is scheduled for July 7-8 at Detroit City, Oakland- Pontiac, and Plymouth Mettetal Airports. The Muscular Dystrophy Association, which sponsors this event, has expressed a need for qualified pilots and owners of airplanes to vol- unteer their services. Pro- ceeds will benefit the MDA. The public will be offered rides in private planes by local pilots and celebrities, many of whom are also pilots. The celebrity list in- cludes Sonny Eliot, Joe Glover and Bob Hynes. There will be clowns and mimes to entertain people waiting to fly. There is a charge for each ride.
