Zucchini Kugel

3 medium zucchinis, peeled
1 medium onion
2 carrots, scraped
1/2 cup matza meal
3 eggs
salt, pepper to taste
Grate zucchini, carrots and
onion on the wider side of a
grater. Add matza meal and
eggs. Mix all ingredients to-
gether. Bake for 1/2 hour in
slightly greased loaf pan at 325
degrees.

Officers and board mem-
bers for the coming year will

nual meeting of the Jewish
Welfare Federation
Women's Division noon
Wednesday at Adat Shalom
Synagogue.
All women who contrib-
uted to the 1979 Allied
Jewish Campaign - Israel
Emergency Fund through
the Women's Division are
eligible to vote. The
nominating committee's re-
port has been sent out with
the invitation to the meet-
ing. Additional nomina-
tions may be made by peti-'
tion, according to Chairman
Frieda Stollman.
A highlight of the pro-
gram will be "You Did It!,"
an original musical produc-
tion honoring the accom-
plishments of Women's Di-
vision workers.
Also on the program
are the annual report of
division President Dulcie
Rosenfeld and a report
on the division's progress
in the 1979 Allied Jewish
Campaign from Cam-
paign Chairman Shelby
Tauber.
Barbara Marcuse is
chairman of the 1979 an-
nual meeting planning
committee. Working with
her are Ellen Labes, di-
vision vice president, and
adviser Lea Field. Janet
Levine, Maida Portnoy and
Helen Shevin are in charge
of the musical program,
which was written by
Josephine Weiner.
Carol Hooberman de-
signed the invitation, Ilse
Doner will recruit hostesses
and Kitty Rudner will
supervise registration.
