Leaders of the Justice Program of the Aspen Insti- tute for Humanistic Studies . and of the American Jewish Committee's Jacob Blaus- tein Institute for the Ad- va.ncement of Human Rights presented the vice- president with a report of a two-day conference held by the two organizations last November. A series of recommendations was de- veloped concerning policies and programs the U.S. should pursue in further- ance of the Helsinki Accords and actions it should take in preparation for the Madrid conference. Under the terms of the agreement, a Hebrew Theological College student may fulfill 75 percent of the required credits for a Northeastern Illinois Uni- versity degree with classes taken at the Hebrew Theological College.
